PUMPKIN PIE BREAD PUDDING RECIPE

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, canned pumpkin, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. 
  • Cut your bread into cubes and put them into an extra large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes then gently toss to coat.
  • Put the mixture into a buttered or oiled baking dish.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes.
  • When it comes out of the oven, drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes then cut and serving with whipped, cream or ice cream & an extra caramel drizzle.
