Mississippi Chicken Recipe

An easy, flavorful chicken recipe that can be made in a slow cooker or pressure cooker!
- 2 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 1 PACKET RANCH DRESSING MIX
- 1 PACKET AU JUS GRAVY MIX
- 1 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER
- 10-12 PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS
- 1/2 CUP PEPPERONCINI JUICE
- 2 YELLOW ONIONS
PLACE CHICKEN & SLICED ONIONS IN THE PRESSURE COOKER.
SPRINKLE RANCH DRESSING MIX AND AU JUS GRAVY MIX OVER THE CHICKEN.
PLACE BUTTER ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN AND SPRINKLE PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS AROUND.
POUR PEPPERONCINI JUICE OVER EVERYTHING.
CLOSE THE LID AND COOK ON HIGH PRESSURE FOR 30 MINUTES. LET THE PRESSURE RELEASE NATURALLY FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE DOING A QUICK RELEASE.
ONCE THE CHICKEN IS COOKED, SHRED IT USING TWO FORKS AND MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
