Mississippi Chicken Recipe

An easy, flavorful chicken recipe that can be made in a slow cooker or pressure cooker!

Ingredients

  • 2 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 1 PACKET RANCH DRESSING MIX
  • 1 PACKET AU JUS GRAVY MIX
  • 1 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER
  • 10-12 PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS
  • 1/2 CUP PEPPERONCINI JUICE
  • 2 YELLOW ONIONS

Instructions

  • PLACE CHICKEN & SLICED ONIONS IN THE PRESSURE COOKER.
  • SPRINKLE RANCH DRESSING MIX AND AU JUS GRAVY MIX OVER THE CHICKEN.
  • PLACE BUTTER ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN AND SPRINKLE PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS AROUND.
  • POUR PEPPERONCINI JUICE OVER EVERYTHING.
  • CLOSE THE LID AND COOK ON HIGH PRESSURE FOR 30 MINUTES. LET THE PRESSURE RELEASE NATURALLY FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE DOING A QUICK RELEASE.
  • ONCE THE CHICKEN IS COOKED, SHRED IT USING TWO FORKS AND MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
