3 Ingredient Chocolate Stroopwafel Clusters
Ingredients
- 6 stroopwafel cookies
- 10 Large marshmallows
- 10 Oz dark chocolate for melting
Instructions
- Chop the stroopwafel cookies into bite sized pieces.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
- Cut marshmallows into quarters. Stir all of the ingredients together until completely covered.
- Use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to create mounds on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
