Chop the stroopwafel cookies into bite sized pieces.
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
Cut marshmallows into quarters. Stir all of the ingredients together until completely covered.
Use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to create mounds on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
