CUT YOUR HOT DOGS IN HALF & PLACE THEM FACE DOWN ON THE PARCHMENT PAPER.
PLACE ONE RECTANGLE OF PUFF PASTRY DOUGH ON TOP OF EACH HOT DOG. I LIKE TO USE A FORK TO PRESS THE EDGES.
ONCE ALL THE HOT DOGS ARE COVERED, BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER.
BAKE THE UPSIDE DOWN PUFF PASTRY HOT DOGS IN THE PREHEATED OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 15-18 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE PASTRY TURNS GOLDEN BROWN AND PUFFS UP.
ONCE BAKED, CAREFULLY REMOVE THE HOT DOGS FROM THE OVEN AND LET THEM COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
