HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM

TASTY PUMPKIN PIE FLAVOR PACKED INTO CREAMY ICE CREAM!

Ingredients

  • 1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
  • 14 OZ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 CUP PUMPKIN PIE MIX
  • 1 CUP GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
  • 1 CONTAINTER MARSHMALLOW CREME

Instructions

  • Pour the heavy cream into a large mixing bowl or your Kitchenaid mixer and whip on high until it becomes whipped cream (this takes about 10-15 minutes).
  • Stir in your sweetened condensed milk & pumpkin pie mix.
  • Slowly stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs & all of the marshmallow creme. You don't want to over mix.
  • Pour half of your ice cream mix into a container & sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. This will give you nice scoops packed with graham cracker crumbles.
  • Pour the remaining mix. Cover & freeze. Normally it takes about 5-6 hours to freeze completely.
