USING A COOKIE SCOOP, PORTION OUT YOUR DOUGH. LEAVING AT 2 INCHES BETWEEN COOKIES. THE DOUGH WILL SPREAD AS IT BAKES.
BAKE AT 350F FOR ABOUT 9-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL THEY'VE JUST STARTED TO SET. TO KEEP THEM CHEWY, YOU DON'T WANT TO OVER BAKE.
LET THE COOKIES COOL COMPLETELY.
WHILE THE COOKIES COOL, COMBINE YOUR FROSTING & CREAM CHEESE.
SPREAD AN EVEN LAYER OF FROSTING ON TOP OF EACH COOKIE.
CHOP YOUR CRAISINS INTO SMALLER PIECES & SPRINKLE THEM ONTO THE COOKIES.
FINISH BY DRIZZLING MELTED CHOCOLATE ON TOP OF EACH COOKIE. LET THEM SIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES SO THE CHOCOLATE HARDENS.
