The Best Funfetti Birthday Cake Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 9 Oz funfetti baking chips
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix, softened butter, eggs & vanilla with a mixer. Refrigerate dough for at least one hour before using a cookie scoop to make rounded balls of dough (about 2”).
- Drop the cookie dough balls into your chocolate chips and press into the outside of the dough.Refrigerate again for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving!
