QUICK & EASY ANTIPASTO RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 15 oz artichoke hearts
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans
  • 8 oz slicedĀ pepperoncini
  • 10 slices salami chopped
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbs dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbs garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Store in a large airtight container in the refrigerator.
