Meghan Markle's Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 CUP Chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Agave
  • Berries
  • Shaved Coconut

Instructions

  • Combine the Almond Milk, Chia seeds, Cinnamon, Vanilla & Agave in a container or mason jar. Stir well. Make sure there's plenty of room for the pudding to expand. It usually doubles in size as the Chia seeds expand.
  • Store in your refrigerator overnight (for up to 2-3 days). When you're ready to eat it, spoon it into a bowl and top with berries and coconut.
