Christmas Antipasto Wreath Recipe

A festive take on the traditional Italian antipasto appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Marinated Mozzarella Balls
  • 12 oz Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
  • 14 oz Quartered Artichoke Hearts
  • 10 oz Garlic Stuffed Olives
  • Fresh Basil
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • To put your wreath together, you'll need small skewers or toothpicks and a serving platter. I used a round tray, but you can use whatever you've got on hand.
  • When you're putting the ingredients onto the skewers, mix and match the order. Then place them in a circle on your serving platter.
  • Add your fresh rosemary for decoration. Drizzle with a little olive oil and vinegar and then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. If you want to get really fancy, use a balsamic glaze!
