Mississippi Chicken Recipe – The BEST Chicken Ever

Mississippi Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 10-12 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
- 2 yellow onions
Instructions for Slow Cooker:
- Place chicken & sliced onions in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Place butter on top of the chicken and sprinkle pepperoncini peppers around.
- Pour pepperoncini juice on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Instructions for Pressure Cooker:
- Place chicken & sliced onions in the pressure cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Place butter on top of the chicken and sprinkle pepperoncini peppers around.
- Pour pepperoncini juice over everything.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick release.
