AND WITH THIS EASY RECIPE, NO ICE CREAM MAKER IS REQUIRED! ITS CREAMY, DREAMY AND SO TASTY YOU’LL WANT TO MAKE IT FOR THANKSGIVING AND ALL YEAR LONG!
I’VE BEEN MAKING MY FAVORITE 2 INGREDIENT ICE CREAM FOR YEARS – IT’S ONE OF MY GO TO RECIPE BASES FOR ALL ICE CREAM CONCOCTIONS. NOT ONLY BECAUSE IT’S EASY – IT’S ALSO THE PERFECT CONSISTENCY AND HAS AMAZING FLAVOR.
EASY NO CHURN PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM
MY HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM RECIPE IS LITERALLY SO EASY TO MAKE. YOU START WITH TWO INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pint OF heavy cream
- 14 oz CAN OF sweetened condensed milk
THAT’S THE BASE OF THE ICE CREAM. YOU CAN USE IT FOR ANY ICE CREAM CREATION YOU WANT. BUT TODAY I’M MAKING MY FAMOUS LOADED PUMPKIN PIE BATCH.
YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
- 1 CUP OF CANNED PUMPKIN PIE MIX
- 1 CUP OF GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 1 CONTAINER OF MARSHMALLOW CREME
*IF YOU CAN’T FIND READY TO GO GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS, JUST USE REGULAR GRAHAM CRACKERS. THEN JUST THROW THEM INTO A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER! this gives you that buttery, crunchy graham cracker crust flavor instead of having to make a pie crust.
I LIKE USING PUMPKIN PIE MIX INSTEAD OF PUMPKIN PUREE BECAUSE YOU DON’T HAVE TO ADD ANY ADDITION PUMPKIN PIE SPICES.
I ALSO USED THE FOLLOWING TOOLS / ACCESSORIES:
I LIKE USING A LOAF PAN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER FOR MY ICE CREAM, BUT YOU CAN USE ANY CONTAINER OR TUPPERWARE YOU’VE GOT ON HAND. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A KITCHENAID STAND MIXER, ANY HAND MIXER WILL WORK TOO!
This ice cream is “no churn” MEANING YOU DON’T NEED AN ICE CREAM MAKER OR ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT. There’S no cooking INVOLVED, which means anyone can WHIP UP A BATCH!
HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM
Ingredients
- 1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
- 14 OZ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1 CUP PUMPKIN PIE MIX
- 1 CUP GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 1 CONTAINTER MARSHMALLOW CREME
Instructions
- Pour the heavy cream into a large mixing bowl or your Kitchenaid mixer and whip on high until it becomes whipped cream (this takes about 10-15 minutes).
- Stir in your sweetened condensed milk & pumpkin pie mix.
- Slowly stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs & all of the marshmallow creme. You don't want to over mix.
- Pour half of your ice cream mix into a container & sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. This will give you nice scoops packed with graham cracker crumbles.
- Pour the remaining mix. Cover & freeze. Normally it takes about 5-6 hours to freeze completely.
