Everything You Need to Know About Amazon Fashion Prime Wardrobe
Is there really anything better than Amazon Prime? I’ll wait…
Actually, Amazon just stepped up their game BIG TIME. Now, you can shop for clothing, shoes & accessories on Amazon & try before you buy! Basically, Amazon Prime Wardrobe is a way to shop without paying before you know if something fits or you want to keep it. It’s such an awesome way to shop because you don’t have to worry about spending money on multiple sizes or pieces you’re not 100% sure will work.
Everything You Need to Know About Amazon Prime Wardrobe
First of all, you have to have Amazon Prime to access Amazon Wardrobe. If you’re not already a member, I’ve posted a ton of details on the benefits of being a member and how to sign up here. I use Amazon Prime to buy everything from my groceries to last minute outfits!
What Exactly is Amazon Prime Wardrobe?
Prime Wardrobe is a “Prime-exclusive” program where you can try before you buy from eligible items in the women’s, men’s, kids’, and baby clothing, shoes, and accessories departments. You get seven days to try-on the items you pick out at home and you only get charged for the items you decide to keep.
Sometimes, special offers pop up for Prime Wardrobe customers too. Often, Amazon runs Prime Wardrobe promos & you get additional discounts at checkout. There are no additional fees, which is awesome news for anyone who is looking to save a little money.
How Do I know What Items are Eligible?
When you’re searching Amazon Wardrobe, a little Prime Wardrobe Logo will pop up next to the item. It will then give you the option to add it to your wardrobe cart, a separate checkout from your other purchases. You need at least 3 items to be eligible to ship and can try up to eight items at a time. You can’t add more than one of a specific item though. Meaning, you can’t order the exact item in the same size and color. But you can add items that are the same in different sizing & colors, that way you can figure out what looks/fits best.
There’s no minimum or maximum dollar amount you can ship either! Whether it’s $20 or $2000, they’ll ship it. You can only have one Prime Wardrobe order at a time though. Once you return items or finalize your purchase, you’re eligible for another order.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
+ Even though you have Amazon Prime, the shipment will take 4-6 days. Why? They make sure to ship everything in one box! Not only is this more efficient, it makes it easier to keep track of once you receive your items.
+ If you decide to return an item or items, just click “return” during checkout. Then, you’ll automatically be charged for the items you decide to keep.
+ If you change your mind and still want to return something after you’ve been charged, you still have 30 days to return the item. They just have to unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged. Make sure to keep all of the original packaging too!
+ Amazon sends you a prepaid mailing label and you can reuse the packaging, meaning your return is 100% free.
It’s such an awesome way to figure out whether or not an outfit works or pieces your buying work with other items in your closet. I love that you can order multiple sizes too! Making it so much easier to find the perfect fit!

These are going to be my new go to shoe for date night, special occasions or any time I want to spice up a pair of jeans! They’re super comfortable and run true to size!
I’m not much of a hat person, but I love the trim on this newsboy cap! It’s made out of felt, so the actual hat is pretty sturdy too! Such a cute accessory for fall and winter!
+ Adidas Oversized Trefoil Sweatshirt +
I have the hooded version of this sweatshirt and wear it all the time. I was really excited to see this crew neck sweatshirt pop up because I love layering sweatshirts under jackets in the winter! It’s great for throwing on before the gym too!
+ CHARTOU Gold Pleated Skirt +
This skirt is literally EVERYTHING. I love the rock chic vibe it has, but it’s still fairly modest. The length hits me right below the knee. I think it will be sooo cute paired with a band t-shirt or even a chunky black sweater.
+ Steve Madden Leopard Print Mule +
Mules are such a great shoe option to have in your closet. They’re easy to throw on and run around town in, but look a little more put together/dressy than a pair of tennis shoes. This leopard print option is totally on brand for me. You know I love a good leopard print! Not to mention these are under $50!
Oddly enough, finding a pair of simple white tennis shoes is easier said than done. Not to mention, any time I find a pair I like they cost a few hundred dollars. These white tennies from 206 Collective are only $70 and so cute! I love that they’re white leather too, making them a lot easier to clean than fabric!
+ Velvet Leopard Print Pencil Skirt +
Like I said, I love a good leopard print! I love this velvet pencil skirt because you can totally dress it up or down. Throw on a graphic tee for a more casual, edgy look. Or, add a simple blouse or sweater for a dressier occasion. I think it would be totally cute with the white tennis shoes too!
I think these leggings might be my favorite purchase from my Amazon Wardrobe box! I’ve been wearing them all the time! Not only are they a super stylish option for the gym, but are also super cute with a hoodie or t-shirt and flannel! Literally obsessed with the ripped detailing!
