one of my favorite parts about coming up with new recipes is finding ways to make things easy, but taste like i spent hours making it!
THE TRICK WITH THIS DULCE DE LECHE PIE? ICE CREAM! SO TECHNICALLY IT’S KIND OF A CROSS BETWEEN A PIE & AN ICE CREAM CAKE!

ANOTHER FUN IDEA IS TO USE MINIATURE PIE CRUSTS TO MAKE EVERYONE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL / SINGLE SERVING PIES!
HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR PIE
I RECOMMEND LETTING THE ICE CREAM SIT OUT FOR A WHILE SO IT’S EASIER TO SPREAD. NOT COMPLETELY MELTED, BUT SOFT.
SPREAD THE ICE CREAM OUT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PIE CRUST. DRIZZLE A LAYER OF CARAMEL SAUCE ON TOP.
THEN, TOP WITH COOL WHIP & FREEZE! WHEN YOU’RE READY TO SERVE, DRIZZLE WITH AN EXTRA LAYER OF CARAMEL SAUCE.

- SPREAD THE ICE CREAM INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST.

- SPREAD THE COOL WHIP ON TOP & FREEZE.
