Some of the best deals of the year are about to start with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. You know I LOVE a good deal. So I thought I’d give you the rundown of how it works, what to look out for, and my wish list!
Everything You Need to Know About the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is like the Super Bowl for shoppers. The cool thing about it is that everything is NEW Fall merchandise that’s 40% off for a limited time. Meaning it’s all of the newest trends and styles at a lower price. It’s not your typical “clearance sale” where stores liquidate old inventory.
What to Know Before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
If you have a Nordstrom Card, you can start shopping with early access on July 12th. If not, no biggie. The sale opens on July 20th for the general public.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the best sales of the year.
If you have a Nordstrom Card, here are some tips:
- Start shopping HERE!
- After adding items to your cart, you can opt for the In-Store pickup option as your shipping option.
- Nordstrom will text you when your order is ready and you can go pickup your items from the store!
- If you don’t have a Nordstrom location nearby, they offer free shipping & returns!
Early Access: July 12th – 19th
Public Access: July 20th – August 5th (Don’t worry, tons of products get restocked)

Having a Nordstrom card is basically like having a golden ticket for shopping the Nordstrom sale during Early Access, 8 days before the sale opens to everyone else. You also receive a bonus $40 Nordstrom Note if you make a purchase the day you’re approved.

There are TONS of options, from clothing to home products. So I recommend going in by category and picking a few of your favorites. Then review your shopping cart to narrow down what you want.
Just a heads up, things sell out VERY fast. I also recommend shopping online because the stores are insane. It’s literally like that scene from Mean Girls in the mall, it feels like a jungle of crazy women fighting for items.
