I’ve shared this on my Amazon & Instagram over the years. But with holiday baking approaching, I thought it was about time one of my favorite cooking hacks got it’s own blog post! Sharing my not so secret hack for baking perfectly round cookies – every batch!
The Muffin Top Baking Sheet
Did you guess the trick to making perfectly round cookies is actually using a muffin top baking sheet!?
The muffin top pan is a non stick baking sheet that has a shallow cup design that creates the perfectly round cookie, every time! This pan is meant for making muffin tops (aka the tops of muffins), but the 0.5 inch deep well also works perfectly to keep cookies perfectly round!
That’s it! It’s not about freezing your cookie dough or using an ice cream scoop (while those methods do work). You can bake the perfect cookie with any recipe using these baking pans!
They’re also perfect for making ice cream sandwiches & whoopie pies because it makes all of the cookies the same size!
