Feeling fancy: kylie jenner’s top ramen recipe
Feeling fancy? But also kind of lazy? I’m with you. That’s why I decided to try “cooking with Kylie’. More specifically, trying KYLIE JENNER’S TOP RAMEN RECIPE!!!
Because if it’s good enough for queen Kylie, it’s good enough for me!
KYLIE JENNER’S TOP RAMEN RECIPE
Ok, so you’re probably asking yourself if Kylie Jenner is really the best person to go to for cooking advice? Especially when you realize it’s for making top ramen.
Kylie has almost 200 million Instagram followers and is basically a billionaire. As one of her millions of followers and self proclaimed “foodie”, I felt like it was necessary to give her ramen recipe a shot.
How to Make the Ramen
To recreate Kylie’s recipe, I first made Chicken Ramen (since she never specified what kind). I made it according to the directions on the package. Boiling 2 cups of water, adding the noodles and flavoring, and then adding her “special ingredients”:
- butter (about a tablespoon)
- garlic powder (a few shakes)
- onion powder (a few shakes)
- an egg
There weren’t any measurements, so I just eyeballed it. Adding the extra ingredients is pretty easy and didn’t really take any extra time. The end result kind of reminded me of egg drop soup (with noodles). And it surprisingly tasted really good. Like… really really good!
Long story short, you just add some onion powder, butter, garlic powder and an egg. IMO, it’s the perfect recipe for college students looking to make a fancy version of the classic ramen noodles. Or, if you’re tired & in the mood for ramen (with a little extra umph), it’s totally worth it!
