HEALTH-FOCUSED HOMEMADE COLLAGEN GUMMY BEARS

Equipment

  • SILICONE GUMMY MOLDS
  • EYE DROPPER

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP BOILING HOT WATER
  • 2 SCOOPS ANCIENT NUTRITION STRAWBERRY LEMONADE COLLAGEN PROTEIN POWDER
  • 4 TBSP GRASS FED GELATIN

Instructions

  • BOIL 1 CUP OF WATER.
  • IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE THE GELATIN, COLLAGEN POWDER & HOT WATER WITH A FORK OR A WHISK.
  • PLACE YOUR SILICONE MOLDS ONTO A BAKING TRAY OR COOKIE SHEET. 
  • USE AN EYE DROPPER TO FILL THE MOLDS.
  • PUT THE TRAYS INTO THE REFRIGERATOR TO SET (ABOUT 20 MINUTES).
  • WHEN THE GUMMIES HAVE SET COMPLETELY, REMOVE THEM FROM THEM FROM THE MOLDS.
  • STORE YOUR GUMMIES IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN A COOL, DRY PLACE OR IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.
