HOW TO MAKE A FRENCH FRY BOARD
Move over cheese plates, there’s a new appetizer platter in town! A french fry board is just what you need in `your life right now. It’s inexpensive, easy & a major crowd pleaser (even if the crowd is just you in front of the TV)!
HOW TO MAKE A FRENCH FRY BOARD
This looks pretty impressive, I know. But it’s literally SO EASY to make. You don’t even need to know how to cook. All you need are some frozen fries, your favorite dips & an appetite! It’s literally just a sheet pan loaded with different types of frozen potatoes & dippable sauces.
French fry boards make the perfect party platter, appetizer or over the top snack.
I’d also like to point out for my vegan & gluten free friends – this recipe hack is great because you can pick any frozen fries you want & any sauces that make you happy.
I had a few bags of fries in my freezer already. But if you don’t have any of the ingredients, it will cost you about $20 total for everything. The best part is that it only takes about a half an hour to whip up. You can obviously cook more or less fries depending on how big your crowd is too.
Cheese boards are obviously amazing. But a french fry board is definitely more fun!
TIPS FOR MAKING A FRENCH FRY BOARD
All you really have to do is buy some fries & sauces if you don’t already have them. But here is a step by step breakdown just in case!
Heat your oven according to the directions on the packages you bought. Lay your fries out on a baking sheet & cook. I recommend getting them nice and crispy. After they’ve cooked, lay them out on a separate (clean) sheet pan, platter or cutting board. Fill up some little sauce cups with whatever dips you like. Voila!
