If you’ve never had a pizookie, it’s basically a giant chocolate chip cookie baked in a cast iron skillet, served with ice cream. Think…. Pizza + Cookie.

There are a few ways to make this warm, gooey dessert. You can make your cookie dough from scratch, or just buy it from the grocery store.

That being said, you don’t have to stick with chocolate chip cookie dough. You can cook any cookie dough flavor in a skillet!

Just spread the cookie dough out evenly into the skillet & bake! I bake at 350F for about 20 minutes (give or take depending on how thick it is).

After it’s baked, you can just serve it straight out of the skillet with forks. Or, cut it into pizza shaped slices. I recommend topping it with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

You can also top it with some extra chocolate sauce, nuts or your favorite toppings.

Don’t forget to buy a skillet – I use this one for all of my cooking and baking!
