Looking for a sweet treat that doesn’t totally kill all of your summer workout efforts? I have an awesome cookie dough inspired snack that is packed with protein, is sweet (and a little salty) and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch dinner or even dessert! I recommend using Non Fat Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt, but you can use any flavor you want! Did I mention it’s only 320 calories!?
