Gooey Pumpkin Pie Brownies
Every year I try to come up with new dessert recipes to bring to holiday parties and serve at our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Last year I whipped up some crowd pleasing SLUTTY BROWNIES. This year, I felt like I didn’t get enough pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. So I opted to combine forces and add pumpkin pie to my brownies!
If you’re feeling ambitious, you can make your brownies from scratch. If you’re short on time, or not much of a baker, just buy some boxed mix.
I love the standard Betty Crocker Brownie Mix. If you’re gluten free, I found a great GF baking mix option from Whole Foods that you can even order on Amazon. Since we have some friends who are doing the Keto diet, I also picked up some of the Keto Brownie Mix to make batches for everyone! And in case you’re trying to go sugar free, Pillsbury has a great sugar free mix as well.
