Erin & Doug decided to bring Beauty and the beast to life in their backyard for halloween!
Beauty and the beast was always (and still is) my favorite disney movie. i remember it came out around my birthday when i was a little kid. and i remember being so excited because belle had brown hair, and i have brown hair!
i actually dressed up as belle for halloween when i was younger too – my grandma is an amazing seamstress and made me the most elaborate belle costume. i wish i had pictures of it, but i remember feeling so fancy.

it’s a tale as old as time… girl is obsessed with disney movie. girl grows up. girl makes her dog dress up with her to relive her childhood dreams.
This year, i decided to recreate one of my favorite movies with my bff doug. obviously, i got him a dog “beast” costume. and it is literally the funniest costume I’ve ever seen.
and i i got to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a disney princess – complete with a princess belle ball gown! lucky for me, i didn’t even need a belle wig!
