Disneyland Galaxy’s Edge Cold Brew Black Caf Coffee Recipe
Three of my favorite things: Food, Star Wars & Disneyland. Disneyland has some awesome treats, but what if you’re craving a Disney snack and can’t make it to the park? I have a ton of Disneyland guides I’ll share with you (keep scrolling), but thought it would be fun to share another Disneyland Copycat Recipe with you guys! Sharing how you can make the fan favorite Star Wars Cold Brew Black Caf Coffee Drink from Galaxy’s Edge!
We love Disneyland. When we lived in Orange County, we went all the time. But even living in San Diego, it’s not always the most convenient day trip. So we don’t go as often as we’d like. Before we dive into my latest Disneyland Copycat recipe (I also have a Dole Whip recipe), here’s a recap of some other Disneyland & California Adventure Content you can check out:

How to Make Cold Brew Black Caf Coffee at Home
There are 3 major components to this drink: cold brew, cream cheese cold foam & Cocoa Puffs. Seriously, Cocoa Puffs cereal!
You can use whatever cold brew you like or find at the grocery store. And the Cocoa Puffs are self explanatory. It’s the cream cheese cold foam that really takes this coffee drink to the next level.
It sounds weird, I know. But it’s so so so good. Think: cheesecake. It’s sweet, but not too sweet & super creamy! You can use it in hot or cold coffee drinks & even save it in the refrigerator! The batch makes enough for at least 2 drinks. But if you like the way it tastes, just double or triple the ingredients and put it in an air tight container in your fridge!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Cream cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Whipping cream
You’re basically just making a really thick whipped cream. You can whip it in a blender or with a mixer. I just used a hand held mixer attachment for my immersion blender.
