Cup of noodles are one of my favorite easy go to meals – plus they’re inexpensive! What I love about this recipe upgrade is that you don’t need any fancy equipment – just a microwave & some boiling water!
It’s a great easy recipe if you live in a small space or have limited kitchen access. I’ve gotten a ton of messages from students living in dorms, friends in small studio apartments and people who are traveling or in an RV that love making my fancy ramen!
