No-Bake Dark Chocolate Caramel Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
It’s no secret I love to bake. It’s my form of meditation. Bad day? Bake a cake. Bad mood? Bake some cookies. Feeling sad after watching too many chick flicks? Bake 5 types of cookies.
That being said… some days, I’m lazy. I take that back, I’m lazy most days. I want a snack and I want it on demand. The idea of having to turn the oven on sounds like a marathon. That’s where the term “no bake” comes in and saves the day.
I had just gotten my Hatchery box in the mail (awesome ingredients delivered to your door monthly) and wanted to figure out what to do with my Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Sauce from Stonewall Kitchen. I was on the verge of going straight spoon into mouth when it dawned on me… you can make cheesecake, WITHOUT AN OVEN! Oddly enough I had all of the ingredients (very simple). So I jumped into the kitchen and started non-baking!

Alright so here’s what you’ll need:
– 8 oz Cream Cheese
– 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
– 2 tbs lemon juice
– 1 tbs vanilla
-24 Oreos
– 1/2 cup butter (melted)
– Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Sauce
– Whipped cream or Cool Whip (optional)
Step One: Mix Cream Cheese, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice & Vanilla until light and fluffy. If you like your cheesecake more tangy than sweet, add 3/4 of the container of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Step Two: In a food processor or blender, combine Oreos & Butter.
Step Three: You have two options here. You can use a pie tin and press the crust into it. You can use a muffin tin lined with baking cups and spoon a few tablespoons into each. OR you can go my personal favorite route and make a parfait (the route you see pictured). Either way, after the crust is in place, spoon in the desired amount of filling.
Step Four: Using a tablespoon, add a dollop of Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel sauce to each (or spread a lot over the single cheesecake).
Step Five: Chill for 20-30 Minutes. Top with Whipped Cream/Cool Whip and another Oreo or Oreo Crumbles.
Enjoy!
It’s that simple! You don’t even have to turn the oven on! I think they make a super cute treat, especially if you layer them in a glass cup or mason jar.
