Bacon Wrapped JAlepeno Poppers

There’s no faster way to start a party than a few jalapeño poppers. If you really want to win over your friends… add a little bacon!

I highly recommend making 2-3 times the amount you think you need, because they go fast.

These are insanely easy to make… and eat.

Here’s what you need:

– 20 jalapeños

– 1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese

– 2 8 oz containers of cream cheese

– 20 to 40 pieces of bacon (depending on how delicious you want to make them)

This recipe is pretty straight forward… Cut each jalapeño in half and clean out the seeds. If you want them to be extra spicy, leave a few seeds in them or add some seeds to your cheese mixture. Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a small bowl. Carefully spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapeño boats. Wrap each jalapeño with a piece (or half a piece) of bacon. If you want to, you can use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.

Pop on your preheated BBQ and grill for 5 minutes (or until crispy). You can also use a broiler set on HI if you don’t have a BBQ.
