So it’s officially September… which means the world is now rotating around Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Is it me, or does it seem like every year more and more Pumpkin Spice keeps popping up? Like I totally get the whole Latte phenomena, but do we really Pumpkin Spice flavored Kale Chips? Gag me. So nasty. Also, does anyone else think it’s weird stores are already selling Christmas decorations? I mean, c’mon guys… it’s still swimsuit weather.

Here are 5 things I can’t live without this week…

One of my favorite Pumpkin Spice things to hit the market though… CEREAL! Last year I made some Pumpkin Spice Granola (which I’ll for sure be bringing back). I tried Kellogg’s PS Mini Wheats and they’re soo good. No milk needed!

In other news… I’m back home. “Back to Reality” for like 10 days. I get super lonely, but luckily I have like, the cutest, cuddliest BFF in the whole world. I literally get emotional thinking about life BD (before Doug). We’re so beyond obsessed with him, it’s not even funny.

So you’re thinking… WTF is Halo Top? Oh man, oh man… it’s ice cream, that isn’t terrible for you! Like really… 280 calories for the whole damn pint. So you could totally binge out watching PLL and eat the whole thing and not even give a damn. It’s low-calorie, high-protein, and low-sugar… and doesn’t taste like shit. It actually tastes AMAZING. I’m a huge fan of the Birthday Cake flavor. I also like to remind myself that it’s got protein in it, so it’s like totally good to eat after working out (ok, maybe not good, but not terrible).
