How to Look Cute While Camping

So, you’re gearing up for a weekend camping trip? There’s nothing quite like escaping into the great outdoors for a couple of days. But, before you head out, you’ve got to figure out what to pack, right? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! I’m sharing my top tips for how to pack for your trip and still look cute while camping.

How to Look Cute While Camping

First things first, let’s talk about clothing. Comfort and functionality are key when you’re spending time in the wilderness. But I still like to have some cute options in there! Here’s what you should consider bringing:

  1. Comfortable clothes: Opt for lightweight, breathable fabrics that will keep you cool during the day and warm at night. Think T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts and, leggings, sweats, comfortable pants and shorts.
  2. Layers, layers, layers: Weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for anything. Pack a fleece or a hoodie for chilly evenings.
  3. Sturdy hiking boots or shoes: If you’re hitting the trails, a good pair of hiking boots will keep your feet happy and supported. If you’re going to be near rivers or streams, opt for non-slip waterproof shoes. I also bring a pair of flip flops!
  4. Socks and underwear: Pack enough for each day, plus an extra pair or two, just in case.
  5. Pajamas and extra layers for sleeping: Nights can get chilly, even in the summer, so make sure you have warm sleepwear and extra blankets or sleeping bags to keep you cozy.
  6. Swimsuit: If you’re camping during summer near a river, lake or the ocean – don’t forget a swimsuit! Depending on the activities you’re doing, I recommend something with more coverage. You don’t want to have your bikini fly off when you’re river rafting!

Now, on to accessories:

  1. Sun protection: Don’t forget your sunglasses and a hat to protect yourself from the sun’s rays. I also like to bring a lightweight top just in case I get too much sun.
  2. Headlamp or flashlight: Trust me, you’ll thank me when you’re stumbling back to your tent in the dark.
  3. Reusable water bottle: Stay hydrated while reducing waste by bringing a refillable water bottle.
  4. Backpack or daypack: Perfect for carrying snacks, water, and any other essentials while you’re out exploring.
