Concert Style: What I Wore to the Creative Control Tour
I shared some stories on Instagram from my recent trip and got a ton of questions about what I wore to the NYC PTV Creative Control Tour. So I thought I’d do a little fit check – summer concert style edition!
What I Wore: Creative Control Tour Concert Style
Technically, I’ve had a few outfits & will have a few more. So maybe I’ll keep adding pics and links. Or maybe I’ll create a series of posts and update the blog more regularly with concert style ideas and links. But for now, here’s my latest go-to outfit.
I literally wear a combination of this outfit almost daily during summer. The winning combo starts with a simple slip dress. That’s where the magic happens. Because it’s super comfortable and versatile, easy to pack, doesn’t wrinkle, light weight, can be dressed up or down, etc.
I love this slip dress because it’s a midi length. Not only does it feel more comfortable, I feel like it’s easier to kind of elevate with different shoes and accessories or tone down with a sweatshirt/sneakers.
Plus, I feel because it’s so versatile, I wear it way more often and can travel with it as kind of a base piece. It’s like my go to pair of jeans, but more comfortable! Mine is from All-Saints & kind of a “special purchase” – but I also linked some more affordable options here.
I always get a ton of questions about my studded hi-tops. They’re actually not studded converse, but a brand called Nan-Ku from Free People. I have them in black, but they also come in white and a few other colors! They’re a little price at $168 – so I linked some other less expensive options from Amazon below!
