Easy No-Bake Chocolate S’mores Cups Recipe
Do you love s’mores as much as I do? Because they’re one of my all time favorite treats! What’s great about this easy recipe – is that you don’t need a campfire to make them! These easy no bake s’mores cups are so tasty and filled with ooey gooey marshmallow fluff!
How to Make Easy No Bake S’mores Cups
I love that you can make these easy no bake treats in the microwave. I recommend using cupcake liners, making them similar to a Reese’s chocolate peanut butter cup. But instead of peanut butter, they’re filled with marshmallow fluff and Golden Grahams cereal.
Grab some cupcake liners & the following ingredients:
- Milk or Dark Chocolate Chips
- Marshmallow Fluff or Marshmallow Creme
- Golden Grahams Cereal
Start by pouring your chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. You can make as few or as many cups as you want. I recommend melting about 1/4 cup of chocolate chips per s’mores cup you want to make. But you can always melt more if you need them. I recommend starting in increments of 30 seconds & stirring in between.
Once your chocolate chips are melted, grab a spoon or a small melon ball scoop to add a dollop of melted chocolate into a cupcake liner. Use the back of a spoon to coat the bottom & sides of the liner. Repeat until all of your liners are coated. You can place them in a muffin tin, on a baking sheet or even a plate. Then, put them into the refrigerator for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened a little.
Use a spoon or a melon ball scoop to add a dollop of marshmallow creme into each cup. Then, sprinkle some golden grahams and top with more chocolate. Return them to the refrigerator and let the chocolate harden.
That’s literally all there is to it! I recommend leaving them in the refrigerator or freezer & pulling them out when you’re ready for a treat!
