30 Day Self Improvement Challenge
Do you ever wake up and realize you need to check in with yourself? Like, it’s time to do a little spring cleaning – on your goals, emotions, thoughts, plans, etc?
Every once in a while I realize it’s time for a reboot. Some call it self-improvement, others self-love. So I thought it would be fun to not only do a little 30 day challenge, but reintroduce myself to any of you guys who are new followers!
Hi, I’m Erin! I live in sunny San Diego with my dog Doug & boyfriend Tony. I love to bake, do DIY projects, watch movies, travel & spend time with my two favorite guys.
I’m obsessed with Amazon. I love Top Ramen and tacos. I’m obsessed with music. I’m a giant nerd. I’m awkward. I have gnarly social anxiety. I exercise, but struggle to stay motivated. I’m constantly evolving and working my ass off to take my business to the next level. I have no idea what I’m doing. I have student loans up the waz. I have amazing friends, but struggle to make new ones because I overthink everything. I drink way too much coffee. I’m obsessed with my dog.
So that’s me! I’m hoping to share more of my randomness. Not because I think my opinion is any more valid or that I’m overly confident in my awesomeness (because really, I’m not). But, maybe there are other girls out there like me that just like reading about normal stuff!

I’m starting with a 30 Day Self Improvement Challenge!
What’s that? Well for one whole month, my goal (and yours too if you want) is to focus on ME! How can I make myself better, improve my thought process, get back on track, etc? Every day, I’ll provide a prompt. They’re super simple and don’t take a lot of time. But the goal is to spend a small amount of time focusing on something positive for yourself!
