Lazy Girl’s Club: 3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream
As you might have guessed by now… I love Ice Cream. I mean, who doesn’t?
A few years ago, I stumbled upon a super easy Ice Cream recipe that I’ve managed to mold into some awesome flavors like Red Velvet Oreo & Caramel Apple Pie. My latest creation is just in time for Valentine’s Day. It’s the perfect treat to share with your Valentine or Galentine & is the prettiest pink!
3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream
Ladies & Gentlemen… 3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream is here! Did I mention you don’t need an ice cream maker or any fancy equipment!? Oh and it won’t break the bank either because all of the ingredients are super simple & can be found at your local grocery store.
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 lb of fresh or Frozen Strawberries
Directions
Put your strawberries into a food processor or blender. If you’re using fresh strawberries, they can go straight in. If you’re using frozen ones, let them thaw out for a few hours so that they’re soft. Blend well. If you want some strawberry chunks in your ice cream, you can blend less.
I use a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer, but you can use a hand mixer as well. Mix your Heavy Whipping Cream on high for about 3-4 minutes, or until it’s fluffy. Then, slowly stir in your Sweetened Condensed Milk & Strawberries.
Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. I love these reusable ice cream containers I picked up from Williams-Sonoma. Freeze for about 4-5 hours before serving.
